Und das mindestens ebenso Gute an den neuen Räumlichkeiten ist, dass ich sie mit Lena teile. Wir sind gerade mit Überlegen, Planen und Einrichten beschäftigt, freuen uns schon auf unseren großen Drucktisch und was darauf gedruckt werden wird. Einfach super ist das! Lena hat auch einen wunderschönen Blog und bei envelop kann man schon mal ihre Taschen bestellen.

Ich bin jetzt auch bei Pinterest dabei. Pinterest ist eine Plattform, die es erlaubt, Bilder zu „pinnen“, also eine Art digitale Stecknadel zu vergeben – alles, was dir im Netz gefällt, lässt sich pinnen, soweit es irgendein Bild dazu gibt. Diese Pins kann man dann in sogenannten Boards abspeichern. Klickst du  auf das Bild, kommst du zurück zum Original. Und du kannst andere Bilder/Boards pinnen, nach Stichwörtern suchen usw usw usw. Alles soweit unklar? Hier siehst du meine Boards. Es ist eine praktische und schöne Alternative zu faden, langen Bookmarklisten. Probier es doch auch aus! Oder schick mir deinen Pinterest Usernamen. Wie jede/r Jungunternehmer/in weiss, gibt es eine Menge Ups and Downs im jungunternehmerischen Alltag. Heute habe ich mich (zu den Downs) beraten lassen, und ich kann kann gleich sagen, aha, ja, eigentlich weiß ich das eh alles, aber irgendwer hat es mir mal richtig „reinsagen“ müssen. Insofern danke an meine Beraterin. Was ist in aller Kürze das Fazit? Ich brauche einen Promi (am besten Udo Walz), einen Trabi und vielleicht einen Laden. Mal sehen, was 2012 bringt.

In Wien, wo ich die Weihnachtsfeiertage bei der lieben Familie verbracht habe, habe ich endlich auch einmal ein laKattun Kissen im alltäglichen Einsatz gesehen. Auf diesem Roche Bobois Sofa macht es sich richtig gut, wie ich finde.

In Vienna, where I spent my holidays with my family, I had the chance to see one of my pillows in action. I think it looks quite good on this Roche Bobois sofa.

Zum ersten Mal habe ich ein T-Shirt bedruckt, ein besonderes Geburtstagsgeschenk. Es hat auf Anhieb geklappt, ich hatte auch nur einen einzigen Versuch frei! Bevor man drucken kann, ist wirklich ein Menge zu bedenken: wo ist wirklich die Mitte vom Shirt, wo die Mitte vom Sieb, alles doch mehr oder weniger dehnbare Begriffe. Und das bei zwei Farben! Auch die Maschinenwäsche hat es gut überstanden, wie man sieht. Hier an der Wand wirkt das Werk zwar etwas verloren, das gebe ich zu, am besten sieht es natürlich (gebügelt) am glücklichen Träger aus…

 For the first time I printed a T-shirt! In two colors! A very special birthday gift! Fortunately it worked out fine, I only had one shirt and one attempt. Before printing one has to consider a lot of things: where is the middle of the shirt, where is the middle of the screen, all of these are very elastic terms. Machine washing worked too as you can see. I must admit my creation looks a little bit lost here hanging on the wall, but looks really good ironed and weared by the happy presentee.

Ein Blogeintrag zum Thema Nachhaltige Versandmaterialien hat mir auf die Sprünge geholfen. Ich quäle mich nämlich schon länger mit der Frage: ist es ok, keine neuen Versandkartons zu kaufen, sondern vorhandene wieder zu verwenden, oder ist das unprofessionell? Ich meine Ersteres. Also in dem Blogpost wird dieser Sticker gezeigt. Ich habe ihn umgemodelt für meine Bedürfnisse und klebe ihn nun auf meine nicht-neuen Versandkartons.
