hello Hamburg hello Hamburg

Hello Hamburg, hello handmade!

Hello hamburg, hello handmade! I had two great days in Hamburg! With the sunniest weather for an October trip you can wish for. I stayed next to the Reeperbahn at my friend Vroni. I visited the new and amazing Harbor City, took a ride with a harbor ferry, joined the crowd at das Konsumkulturhaus Lokal, got even a glimpse before closing time at Habitat and its chair Naoko, my favorite item there. The hello handmade market in Kampnagel on Sunday was really crowded, many nice exhibitors and many many visitors, thanks to Sophie for organizing such a great day!

Vorfreude auf HamburgIn anticipation of Hamburg

Today was a day full of anticipation before my ride to Hamburg tomorrow to the hello handmade market. Some things still remained to do like packaging, selecting items, labeling and so on but most is already done. I will share my booth with Angela Giorgi of Collage-Art and I am really excited to meet all the other makers. I haven’t been to Hamburg for some years now and I am excited to find out some of the changes in the urban landscape like the new Hafencity. Most shopping tips I got are by Letizia Lorenzetti of machetwas. These ones are also very new. But now further on! I will report from my trip.
